THE POSITION
We are seeking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Freelance Excel Expert Agents to become part of our CALA team. The successful candidates will be responsible for backoffice functions as processing tickets, aswering mails and making phone calls using the company SLA and policies to assist different clients.

Our Excel Expert Agents are the link between different clients working worldwide and the solution within the fashion industry, so we are interested in hiring individuales with commitment to customer satisfaction, analitical and creative thinking and with strong Excel habilities.

WHO ARE YOU?
- You have advanced English written skills (mandatory).
- You have intermediate-advance Excel skills (mandatory).
- A detailed, organized, analitical oriented and committed person.
- You are keen on working with data entry and data analysis.
- You can concentrate on your computer and working from your home.
- You have freelance experience (desirable).
